JAZZ BAND

Jazz Band meets before school at 7:15 on Tuesdays and Thursdays and during R&E (8th per.) on Thursdays.

The Rockvale Jazz Band is an auditioned group open to 7th and 8th grade band members.  Auditions happen during October after football pep band is over. Audition information will be posted around September 2020.  Students must have an A or B in Band, and nothing lower than a C on the report card grades in other classes.

 

Jazz Band performs at the winter and spring concerts, Spring Orientation night, and Jazz Fest in May.  Jazz Band is also the pep band for home basketball games.
