Lesson: Student Login to Computer and Computer Troubleshooting/Handling (Homeroom Teacher)
Success Criteria
1. I can login to the computer (or if my login is not working, I will alert my teacher)
2. I understand the proper handling of the device.
3. I know how to get to the Student Device Troubleshooting page on the RMS website

Directions: Teachers present the information in PowerPoint presentation to students which includes how to login to the student computers, device handling and troubleshooting, and how to find troubleshooting tips on the RMS website.
THIS PART IS WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT FOR THURSDAY: StudentLoginAccountSetUpEnglish.pptx
The students do need to go through the other information regarding device handling, etc, however, if time does not permit this on Thursday, you can circle back to it during an R&E (please make sure they are aware of the device handling information within the first 2 weeks)

Lesson: Jupiter Grades Basics: (Social Studies teacher)
Success Criteria
1. I can login to my Jupiter Grades account
2. I can message my teacher.
3. I can check a message from my teacher.
4. I can locate my assignments and grades.
5. I can find the calendar to check assignments.
Directions: Teachers present the information in PowerPoint presentation to students which includes a tutorial on how to sign up for Jupiter Grades the first time and an overview of the main features.

Lesson: Student Email Basics: (Science teacher)
Success Criteria
1. I can access my RCS Student Email Account.
2. I can create a new message.
3. I can send an email.
4. I am aware of the RCS email policy.
5. I am aware of proper email etiquette.
Directions: Teachers present the information in PowerPoint presentation to students which includes a video tutorial on how to write an appropriate email and instructions on how to access student email.

Success Criteria

2. I can access my Savaas enVision online math textbook.
Directions: Teachers can use the following PowerPoint presentation to walk students through logging into Clever and access their math textbook. This PowerPoint only instructs students how to access Clever/Savaas enVision online math textbook. More instructions will be coming soon on how students can access online math textbook features.

Lesson: Student One Drive Basics: (ELA/Writing)
Success Criteria
1. I can access my One Drive.
2. I can create a new document.
3. I can rename my document
4. I can edit my document.
Directions: Teachers present the information in PowerPoint presentation to students which includes video tutorials on how to access One Drive, create a new document, name the document, and edit the document. Students are to create their own PowerPoint presentation as they watch the PowerPoint presentation.

Success Criteria

2. I can access Amplify.
3. I can create a "shortcut" to programs in Clever by "favoriting" the icon
Directions: Teachers can use the following PowerPoint presentation to walk students through logging into Amplify.
Since each teacher utilizes different Amplify features, this PowerPoint only instructs students how to access Amplify and how to favorite an icon so they do not have to scroll down the page to find it.
