3. Suicide Prevention: Jason Foundation Training:

Jason Foundation must be done by both certified and classified employees. I will send more training information in a separate email soon. I just wanted to get the Jason Foundation information to you as soon as possible.

All staff will access the on-line training as described below.

Certified staff will be required to complete ONE of the 2-hour modules.

Classified will be required to complete ONE of the 1-hour modules.

On the homepage, click on “Educators, Youth Workers, Coaches” which is located towards the bottom of the webpage.
Click on Professional Development/In-Service Training on the right-hand side
Scroll down to the last paragraph and Click Here to log in or create an account.
Teachers new to the online program will click on the “Register Now’ and fill out and submit the registration form. It is suggested that you use the same username and password as your school email.
After choosing and viewing the required module(s), which include several chapters, complete the questionnaire, print out the certificate, and place it in my door.
