2024 Tryouts/Final Forms
Read below for information about tryouts and Final Forms.

- All required paperwork MUST be completed on Final Forms at 100%, with a uploaded physical dated after 4/15/2024; there are no exceptions to this.
Tryouts for new runners will be held on Monday, July 29, 2024, from 7:45 AM to 9:00 AM at Rockvale MS.
- All required paperwork MUST be completed on Final Forms at 100%, with a uploaded physical dated after 4/15/2024; there are no exceptions to this.
- Spectators are not allowed; after parents check their child in, they may return at 9:00 AM for pickup. Meet at the back of the school by the gym.
- Runners must have appropriate athletic clothes, running shoes, and a water bottle.
- Runners will be warm up, stretch, and run a timed 1.5 mile run.
- Boys should be able to run 1.5 miles in under 14:30, girls should be able to run 1.5 miles in under 16:30.
- Decisions on who makes the team are based on time and effort; coaches have the final say. Rosters will be updated on the team website.
- Below you find several documents. Please read through the CC Handbook, and then print off and complete the CC Student/Parent Agreement.
Returning runners will not have to tryout. They must have the same paperwork completed as new runners.
