Rockvale Lady Ravens HoopsWe believe Greatness is a mindset or a disposition. The Rockvale Lady Ravens Basketball program will practice greatness so that greatness is the normal standard. This is not only applicable to the court but also inside the school building. Academic success and high character are very important to the coaching staff at Rockvale Middle School Girls' Basketball.

3 Pillars of success for our Girls' Basketball Program: Parents: parents are vital to the success of any athletic program. You contribute your time and financial resources to make sure that our teams have a quality experience. The support and encouragement that you give your children is invaluable. Additionally, your contribution is needed with sometimes helping with travel to in county games and occasionally working in the concessions during our boys' games. Us as coaches would love to build as many relationships as possible within our program, therefore, we welcome volunteer efforts from parents on most Home game days! Thank you all in advance.
Participation: Members of the team are expected to participate in supervised instruction from coaches and all phases of the daily practice to receive the maximum potential for success. Absence from practice requires communication from the team member or parent. Absence for academic reason requires a note from the teacher at the time. We believe student athletes must be present to grow and get better. The success of our team depends on the participation of our student athletes.
Practice: Practice schedules will change from week to week due to sharing our space with the other athletic teams within our school. The times will be communicated weekly/daily to the team and will be the responsibility of the student athlete to relay this to parents/guardians. We believe practice is the foundation to our success. We take it very seriously. We will begin and end on time.
