About Mrs. Chambers
Hi! My name is Sarah Chambers and I am THRILLED to be joining the Rockvale Middle School Fine Arts team! This will be my 19th year in Education! I am married, and have four children. My two oldest children are both active in the United States Army. I also have a 16 year old son who is extremely active in the Stewarts Creek High School theater program, and a 15 year old daughter at Central Magnet, who is also in theater.
Not only did I grow up doing theater, but I've had the honor to direct shows at many local community theaters, including Center for the Arts and the Arts Center of Cannon County. I also ran the Stewarts Creek Middle School theater program for two amazing years!
I am beyond excited to start this adventure! I believe in running a student lead program--meaning I aim to train and teach all students to run all aspects of theater before they leave our program. My goal is for all students to have the skills needed to find success at local theaters, and their high school!
