Donation Drive Information

Dear Parents,

We are incredibly excited for another year at Rockvale Middle School. We continue to provide  outstanding educational experiences with a wide variety of operational and instructional tools, but we cannot do this without your support. We are continuing our tradition of a fall donation drive as opposed to a merchandise sale for our school fundraiser. This donation drive ensures that the students receive 100% of your contribution; to add, your donation is also tax deductible.

Our goal is to raise $30 per student. With this donation, your child receives a Rockvale t-shirt and a pizza lunch with a drink. If we meet our goal, the school will have a reward day that includes mini school activities and the opportunity to purchase concessions. We reserve the right to withhold outdoor activities for those students who do not qualify due to behavior. These students would still receive their t-shirt and pizza lunch if ordered. There are no refunds on placed orders.  

Our goal is $25,000. You are able to pay through School Cash Online until midnight on Tuesday, September 3; the QR code is on the bottom of this page for your convenience. We will have one in school turn in day on Friday, September 6.  

If you would like to donate $200 from a business or company, we will place your company logo on the back of the shirt. This shirt will be worn by over 1,400 students and will be seen throughout the Murfreesboro and Rockvale communities. Please email [email protected] with questions. We will need the logo in a resizable jpeg or vector file logo exactly how you want it displayed.

We can accept donations via cash, check, or our online platform, School Cash Online. If you would like to pay online, the link will be available on our webpage by Thursday, August 15; you will need your child’s lunch number to pay online. Online payments will close at midnight on Tuesday, September 3.  

With our ever-growing student population, continual support from our parents and stakeholders is vital to our success, and we thank you for your support.
