Team Fee: $60, cash or check made out to Rockvale Middle School Track  If you would prefer to pay online, click HERE. There is a $3 service fee, so your total will be $63.00. Put the ATHLETE'S NAME where it says "Who are you purchasing this for?" section at the bottom.
 
Communication: All track practice & meet info will be sent via Remind. To sign up for Rockvale Middle Track 2024 notifications, please text @rmstf2023 to 81010. Last minute schedule changes will take place on the Remind app. 
*Even though it says 2023, it is a current Remind for 2024.
 
 
ATTIRE: Athletes will NOT be allowed to practice without proper shoes & clothing (ie, if it's 40 degrees outside and you are wearing Crocs and a t-shirt, you will be asked to call home to get picked up). DRESS WITH LAYERS & BRING A WATER BOTTLE!
 
January (conditioning only):
Monday, the 8th for Final Forms document check
Every Wednesday from 3:30-5:00
*FRIDAY, January 26th: after school practice outdoors
*TUESDAY, January 30th: TRYOUTS
*WEDNESDAY, January 31st: Practice from 3:30-5pm followed by TEAM & PARENT MEETING @ 5:30PM
 
February-May:
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 3:30-5:00
 
*If there is ever NO school for students on a particular day, then there will be NO practice that day unless otherwise noted!*

*Meet schedule will be posted in early February. Meets are typically week nights and maybe a Saturday.*
