What can I do to prepare for swim team tryouts?

1. Sign up for tryouts on the RVMS Swim Team Interest form.

2. SWIM LAPS at any pool that you have access to,

ideally a pool that has lap lanes - but anything works.

3. Check out YouTube videos on proper form for the "front crawl" or "freestyle" stroke.  Focus on building endurance and proper head position in the water.
