2025 Service Projects

Service Project News:

As a member of Beta Club, you must complete service hours each semester to keep your membership active. This semester, you will have five projects to choose from, or you may complete three hours of approved volunteer service on your own. Outside service must be documented on the official Beta Service Form (found in your Beta tab under Materials) and signed by your supervisor.

Fall 2025 Service Projects:

• After-School Campus Cleanup – Thursday, October 16, until 4:30 PM (rides required). Help beautify our school grounds by picking up trash, organizing outdoor areas, and showing pride in our campus.

 

• Track or Treat Booth – Thursday, October 23. Assist with setup, games, handing out candy, and promoting Beta Club at the Track or Treat event.

 

• Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Stuffing – November 1–14 (tentative). Fill shoeboxes with gifts, hygiene items, and school supplies for children in need worldwide.

 

• Holiday Card Decorating for Assisted Living – Thursday, December 4, until 4:30 PM (rides required). Create handmade holiday cards and write encouraging notes for assisted-living residents.

 

• Greenhouse Ministries Blessing Bags – Due date TBD. Collect and assemble blessing bags with hygiene products and essentials for families served by Greenhouse Ministries.

 

 Each project will have a limited number of spots available. Sign-ups will be managed through SignUpGenius on a first-come, first-served basis. Once an event is full, no additional participants can be added.
