Library Rules

Welcome to the Rockvale Middle School Library. We are proud of our library and hope you will use it often for your reading and research needs. Here are some things you will need to know about us.

Each ELA class is scheduled to come to the library every three weeks. During students' library time, we have a lesson, activity, and check out time. Our lessons usually revolve around library skills or topics that students are learning in their classes. 

 

Students that want to check out books more often can go online to our Destiny catalog and place books on hold. Books are delivered to classrooms throughout the day. 

 

Students can check out two books at a time. There is a book drop in the hallway to drop off finished books. If someone has a book that is lost or overdue, they must take care of this before checking out more books.
