Welcome

Hello, My name is Chassity Burks and this is my 2nd year at Rockvale Middle School teaching Computer Science and Coding.  Code.org, Khan Academy, Cue robots, Lego Spike Prime and Scratch.mit.edu are some of the items that your child may use in my class.  I will post in Jupiter what we will be doing each week, lessons that are graded and other information that will be needed (i.e. Rubrics). * The Coding and Robotics Club meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays each month during R&E.  Students are encouraged to try out different coding, 3D drawing/drafting and robots to learn and find their interest.  Anyone wanting to be in the club, must attend meetings and answer the following questions. 1) Why do you want to be in the coding club? 2) What coding experience do you have? 3) What do you want to learn?
