Very important parents and students, when completing Final Form paperwork, please make sure that all the forms are uploaded with the correct signatures from the parent, the student, and the doctor. I must be able to review the forms that you are uploading before your child is approved to participate. (For example just because you put an electronic signature on paperwork does not mean you are complete with the form….the form has to be uploaded for me to be able to review it). The paperwork must be uploaded to a file for me to be able to review it. Thanks

Tryout information for the 2024 football season.

Tryouts will be Monday, July 8, 2024, at 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Players should get there at about 6:45 a.m. Players should wear shorts, and an old white T-shirt, so we can write their last name on it. Players should bring cleats and tennis shoes just in case it rains. Players should bring something to drink. Players will meet in the back of the school by the gym. Players must have all Final Forms completed along with an up-to-date physical dated after April 15, 2024. Please make sure that all papers have the player’s name on them, along with being uploaded in the correct category on the Final Form. Please make sure all the signature areas have been signed, including the doctor's signature areas. We will be completing a couple of fundraisers when your child makes the football team. You will either participate in the two fundraisers or pay the team fee. Thanks
