Rockvale Middle Softball
Welcome!
Final Forms must be completed and approved before tryouts with a physical dated after April 15, 2024.
Tryouts will take place at the beginning of season in February.
How to get ready for middle school tryouts:
Throw with a 12 inch softball
Work on throwing form and short throws
Work on tee work, level swings, move the tee around work on inside and outside swings
Sprints
Catching pop flies, glove work when turning to catch pop flies
Pitchers- keeping pitching, work on any pitches that you already have
Catchers- blocking, framing, feet work and throw downs
Final Forms Information
Students will need to have ALL forms completed in order to participate in athletics at Rockvale Middle School. The forms can be completed in the Final Forms portal as well as the Physical Form found on the Main Athletics Page linked below.
